Q: Why doesn't the links on your mailing list work?

A1: If the page doesn't load the first time, press your browser's REFRESH or RELOAD button. You may be having connection problems with your Internet service provider. If it still doesn't work, try again later.

A2: If you use Hotmail & get an error trying to display a link, click on your browser's BACK button, click on the newsletter again, & then try that link again and it should work. This is a Hotmail bug.

A3: If you use WebTV and are having problems sending the greetings, try using
your SEND key in the top right corner of your keyboard.

Q: Why does my computer keeps freezing up when loading your pages?

A: You probably need to go to Windows Update & download all the Java & Microsoft Virtual Machine updates. This should fix the problems on your PC.

Q: Why can't I hear any music from the pages?

A: Your audio drivers may be corrupted. Try downloading the latest audio drivers from your PC manufacturer's website & install. You should now get music in Internet Explorer.
